| dc.description.abstract | This research aims to review and design innovative kinetic energy recovery systems (KERS), focusing on practical models and the associated economic and social analyses. The study begins with an introduction to the concept of kinetic energy recovery and its importance in improving energy efficiency and reducing waste, especially in the transportation and industrial sectors, where energy generated from movement or vibrations is converted back into usable energy. This contributes to decreasing reliance on traditional sources and harmful emissions. The research examines multiple practical models, including wheel and spring systems, piston and spring systems, pendulum systems, resistance wheel with generator, as well as modern techniques such as piezoelectric, electromagnetic, and elastic energy storage systems. Detailed explanations of their designs and mechanisms are provided, emphasizing efficiency and economic and social feasibility. The study also discusses the challenges facing the implementation of these technologies, such as costs, weight, and technical complexity, while exploring future opportunities to expand their use and support sustainable development goals. The results highlight that kinetic energy recovery systems represent a significant advancement in improving the performance of transportation and industrial systems, offering substantial environmental, economic, and social benefits through cost reduction, enhanced performance, decreased environmental impact, and increased community awareness of sustainable technology. In conclusion, the research emphasizes the importance of coordinated efforts between governments, the private sector, and civil society to support and develop these technologies, aiming for a more sustainable and efficient energy management future, thereby improving quality of life and achieving long-term sustainable development . | |
