اثر الجهاز المصرفي على معالجة الأزمات الاقتصادية في السودان دراسة حالة بنك أم درمان الوطني- فرع عطبرة الفترة2023 م-2019 م

Abstract

تتمثل مشكلة البحث في عدم تمكين الدولة للجهاز المصرفي للمساهمة في حل المشكلات الاقتصادية. وللوصول الي حل لهذه المشكلة استخدم الباحثون منهج البحث التحليلي وذلك من خلال استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والمقابلة والملاحظة كأدوات ثانوية. وقد خلص من خلال بحثهم الي النتائج التالية: 1- ضعف الجهاز المصرفي في السودان اسهم في تفاقم الأزمات الاقتصادية علي المدي الطويل. 2- الجهاز المصرفي في السودان لم يكن بالمرونة المطلوبة حتى يتوأم مع المستجدات الدولية والإقليمية من حيث التشريعات. 3- العقوبات الاقتصادية علي السودان ادت لخلل في الميزان التجاري وبالتالي أثر علي ميزان المدفوعات والذي بدوره أدي الي عدم مقدرة الجهاز المصرفي علي معالجة الأزمات الاقتصادية . وقد وصي الباحثون بالآتي: 1- ضرورة استغلال الجهاز المصرفي عن الدولة حتي يتمكن من مجابهة التحديات الداخلية والخارجية. 2- يجب صياغة تشريعات مصرفية تتواكب مع المتغيرات العالمية في الأنظمة المصرفية. 3- ربط السياسات العامة للدولة بالسياسات الاقتصادية والمصرفية حتي يتمكن الجهاز المصرفي من امتصاص تأثير الأزمات الاقتصادية.

Abstract

The problem of research is that the state does not enable the banking system to contribute to solving economic problems. To reach a solution to this problem, the researchers used the analytical research methodology by using the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, interview and observation as secondary tools. Through their research, he concluded the following conclusions: 1. The weakness of the banking system in Sudan contributed to the exacerbation of economic crises in the long term. 2. 2- The banking system in Sudan was not flexible to cope with international and regional developments in terms of legislation. 3. 3- Economic sanctions on Sudan led to an imbalance in the trade balance and thus affected the balance of payments, which in turn led to the inability of the banking system to address economic crises. The researchers recommended the following: 1- The need to exploit the banking system from the state so that it can face internal and external challenges. 2- Banking legislation must be drafted in line with the global changes in banking systems. 3- Linking the general policies of the state with economic and banking policies so that the banking system can absorb the impact of economic crises.
