This project aims to design and develop an electronic platform for monitoring
newborn infants in order to improve the quality of healthcare provided during the
early stages of life. The newborn period is considered one of the most sensitive
stages in a child's life and requires continuous monitoring of growth indicators
and health conditions.
The proposed system allows the registration of basic infant information and
enables continuous monitoring of growth by recording measurements such as
weight, height, and head circumference. In addition, the platform manages
vaccination records and medical visits ، Doctors can also add medical notes and
reports, helping to create a comprehensive electronic medical record for each
infant.
Several system analysis and design tools were used in this project, including UML
diagrams and data flow diagrams, to illustrate the system components and
processes. The system helps improve healthcare data management, enhances
communication between doctors and parents, and reduces reliance on paper
based records.
It is expected that this platform will support effective health monitoring for
newborn infants and contribute to improving healthcare services.
