تصميم وتحليل خطاف رافعة مفرد باستخدام نظرية العناصر المحددة

Abstract

Cranes cannot lift heavy loads without a hook. This is the suspended part that holds the load for lifting or transporting. The hook must be strong and made of a durable metal to withstand the load. Different types of hook shapes are available for different load-carrying purposes. This project aims to design and analyses a single crane hook using structural steel material. Static structural analysis was performed to determine the deformation limits, stresses, and safety factor. Fatigue analysis was performed to determine the service life of the hook. Buckling analysis was performed to determine the critical load required to cause permanent deformation (Buckling). A three-dimensional solid model was created using SOLIDWORKS 20, and finite element method (FEM) was used to conduct the analysis. Results were obtained using ANSYS 16, and parametric studies are presented.
