Abstract

Abstract This research aims to study the different types of engineering contracts used in buildings and the specialized types of construction contracts and define each party to the contract and its obligations. Personal interviews were conducted with engineers, Privat companies and government agencies to inquire about contracting methods and contracts used in their projects to collect sufficient data as well as references papers and scientific research through the study all types of engineering contracts used in government and private facilities were know.
