Abstract

المستخلص : يهدف هذا المشروع إلى تصميم وتطوير نظام شامل لإدارة المؤسسات بأنواعها المختلفة. يتيح النظام تنظيم ومتابعة كافة العمليات الإدارية مثل إدارة الموارد البشرية، الشؤون المالية، العمليات التشغيلية، إدارة الوثائق، والتواصل مع العملاء. يتميز النظام بواجهة استخدام ثنائية اللغة (العربية والإنجليزية) وصلاحيات وصول متعددة المستويات لضمان حماية البيانات وسهولة الاستخدام. سيمكن النظام المؤسسات من تحسين الأداء، رفع كفاءة العمل، وتقليل التكاليف من خلال أتمتة العمليات اليومية وإصدار تقارير دورية دقيقة لدعم اتخاذ القرار.

: Abstract This project aims to design and develop a comprehensive system for managing various types of enterprises. The system will organize and monitor all administrative processes, such as human resources management, financial operations, business processes, document management, and customer communication. It will feature a bilingual (Arabic and English) user interface and multi-level access permissions to ensure data security and ease of use. The system will enable organizations to enhance performance, increase work efficiency, and reduce costs by automating daily operations and generating accurate periodic reports to support decision-making.
