التحول الرقمي في الإقتصاد و أثره على سوق العمل (بالتطبيق على بنك الخرطوم) الفترة 2023م – 2024م

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث التحول الرقمي في الاقتصاد و تاثيره العميق على سوق العمل. يمثل التحول الرقمي عملية استخدام التكنولوجيا الرقمية لتحسين الاداء والعمليات في المؤسسات مما يؤدي الى تغييرات جذرية في كيفية تقديم الخدمات و إدارة الاعمال. يبدأ البحث في تعرييف مفهوم التحول الرقمي و أهميته في العصر الحالي، حيث أصبح ضرورة ملحة في مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية العالمية. تتضمن الدراسة تحليلا للابعاد المختلفة للتحول الرقمي ، بما في ذلك الابتكار التكنولوجي ، و تغيير نماذج الأعمال و ظهور الصناعات الجديدة كما يتم استعراض تأثير التحول الرقمي على وظائف العمال، حيث يمكن أن يؤدي إلى زيادة الكفاءة الانتاجية ، و لكنه أيضاً يأتي مع تحديات كبيرة مثل فقدان بعض الوظائف التقليدية وزيادة الطلب على المهارات الرقمية. يتناول البحث أيضاً تأثير التحول الرقمي على الفات الأكثر عرضة للتأثير ، مثل العمالة الغير ماهرة و الشباب. يتم التأكيد على أهمية إعادة تأهيل و تدريب القوة العاملة لمواجهة هذه التغييرات ، مما يتطلب تعاوناً بين الحكومة والقطاع الخاص و المؤسسات التعليمية. و ينتي البحث بتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات السياسية التي تهدف إلى تعزيز الفوائد الإقتصادية والتحول الرقمي مثل إنشاء برامج تدريبية تخصصة، و تحفيز الابتكار ، ودعم زيادة الأعمال ، مع التركيز عل ضرورة توفير شبكة أعمال إجتماعي لحماية لفئات المتضررة.

The research reviews the impact of digital transformation on job roles, highlighting both the potential for increased efficiency and productivity, as well as the significant challenges posed by the loss of traditional jobs and the growing demand for digital skills.
