Abstract
This study investigates the relationship between Human Resource Management
(HRM) practices and job satisfaction among employees, with a practical application
on Al-Rajhi Company in Berber during the period 2024–2025. The research
highlights the strategic significance of HRM in fostering organizational stability and
promoting a positive work environment through policies related to recruitment,
training, motivation, and performance evaluation.
A descriptive-analytical methodology was adopted, and data were collected through
a structured questionnaire administered to a sample of twenty employees. Statistical
techniques were employed to analyze the data and determine the nature and strength
of the relationship between HRM components and job satisfaction indicators.
The findings revealed a statistically significant positive correlation between
effective HRM practices and job satisfaction. Specifically, continuous training
programs, equitable incentive systems, and fair recruitment and promotion
procedures were found to significantly enhance employee satisfaction. Conversely,
the absence of fairness or inadequate recognition was associated with lower morale
and productivity.
The study recommends enhancing HRM policies to ensure transparency and
fairness, strengthening professional development initiatives, and revising incentive
structures in alignment with employee needs. Such measures are vital for creating a
sustainable organizational environment and fostering employee loyalty and
institutional performance.
