Abstract

This project aims to design and develop a voice assistant for banking applications tailored to visually impaired users, applied to the Real Estate Bank. The proposed system seeks to facilitate access to banking services in a secure, simple, and efficient manner. It relies on artificial intelligence technologies such as Speech-to Text and Text-to-Speech to enable users to perform banking inquiries and services through voice commands without manual interaction with the application interface. The project aims to reduce waiting time, decrease the workload on customer service staff, and improve customer satisfaction by providing an accessible and inclusive user experience. The study also analyzed the technical, economic, and operational feasibility to ensure the project’s viability, confirming the possibility of sector implementation while maintaining security and data protection standards, thereby promoting digital inclusion in the banking
